CA Atul Kela, Founder
Atul Kela is a Chartered Accountant (ICAI M. No. 120018) with 25+ years in financial analysis, risk management and business growth, including roles at Axis Bank and Ernst & Young. He founded AK Investments in 2024 to give retail investors access to secured bonds and diversified portfolios, explained in plain language.
He is NISM-certified and an AMFI-registered Mutual Fund Distributor. He has completed ICAI’s Certificate Course on Fundamental and Technical Analysis of Stocks & Equity Research, and NISM programmes on Online Dispute Resolution and Social Stock Exchange. He leads Fixed Income Fundas, the firm’s investor education series.

Archana Kela is a Chartered Accountant and the founder of AK Commerce Classes, where she has taught accounts and finance to students across grades for 13+ years. Her teaching centres on financial management and analysis, with a focus on making complex concepts clear and building students’ problem-solving skills. As Co-Founder of AK Investments, she brings the same educator’s approach to the firm and also leads client servicing, operations and portfolio reviews.

Ashok Kela is a Chartered Accountant who secured All India Rank 30 in the 1973 batch. Born in Bhagur, a village in Nashik district, Maharashtra, he built his career from limited financial means through study and disciplined saving.
He entered the stock market in the early 1980s with a small investment in a few shares, and has since spent over four decades studying market trends and company performance as a long-term investor. As Mentor to AK Investments, he brings this experience and guides the firm on credit evaluation and governance.
